The Matisse on the beach in Beautiful Belmar NJ will be offering a full appetizer bar, soup and bread station, Omelet station and traditional breakfast items, traditional New England station (Clams, oysters, New England Clam Chowder), Deluxe seafood platter, Domestic and international cheese station, Deluxe sliced fruit platter,



The lavish New Year’s Day Brunch will be held in the elegant Atlantic Room, known for its exceptional Ocean front views. Guests will enjoy live Jazz entertainment and will select from an array of sumptuous dishes including:


¨ Pastry Wrapped Salmon and Scallops with a Baby Shrimp Cream

¨ Peppered Slow Roasted Prime Rib with a Sweet Onion and Brandy Sauce

¨ A selection of omelets made to order
