Bruce Springsteen, Jon Bon Jovi and Southside Johnny entertained the crowd at Count Basie Theatre on Monday night

RED BANK — Bruce Springsteen, Jon Bon Jovi and Southside Johnny entertained the crowd at Count Basie Theatre on Monday night with a mix of Christmas standards and songs from their own vast catalog of hits.

Bon Jovi introduced Springsteen, who was not on the list of scheduled performers, to the crowd by saying, "I've got someone special up here and it ain't Santa Claus."

Springsteen took the stage, providing backing vocals and guitar solos for "Run Rudolph Run."

Later, Springsteen took center stage with back-to-back performances of "Merry Christmas, Baby" and "Santa Claus Is Comin' To Town."

The fourth annual all-star Hope Concert, organized by guitarist Bobby Bandiera, raised more than $250,000 for the Parker Family Health Center here. Audience members also brought more than 10,000 pounds of food donations for the FoodBank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties
